Employer Online Services is a free service available to all groups seven days a week giving Group Administrators direct access to ODS' eligibility system.

With this feature you have the ability to:

Enroll members
Order ID Cards
Update address and personal information
Update Primary Care Physician
Terminate Coverage
View eligibility
Update pharmacy eligibility for same day pharmacy pick-up

Getting Started with Employer Online Services

To set up access, please follow these steps:

Complete and sign the Employer Online Service Agreement.
Fax the agreement to the ODS Web Administrator at 503-243-4498
The Web Administrator will email you with your login and password.
