Getting Started with Employer Online Services

To set up access, please follow these steps:

  1. Complete and sign the Employer Online Service Agreement.
  2. Fax the agreement to the ODS Web Administrator at 503-243-4498
  3. The Web Administrator will email you with your login and password.
  4. Login
